I can assure you I will not be traveling on Delta again -- this time it was only because it was on Amex points. Next time, I'll hitchhike before doing Delta.
And this is far beyond screw-up and well into evil malice territory -- the tardwipes said they would ship the bag back to NYC, but it's still in Sarasota as I type this.
