I find myself watching Superstars of Dance on NBC, which is kind of like the Eurovision Song Contest, except it's dancing instead of singing, and the entries are from all over the world instead of just from Europe ("so it's more like the Eurovision Dance Contest," pipes in
progbear). It's tacky, plays to ethnic stereotypes, and the judging is completely arbitrary -- in other words, irresistible.
Plus, if I weren't watching this, I'd be watching the second half of Twister's Revenge, which is every bit as good as every other Bill Rebane movie.
No, scratch that -- it's not quite as good as the Giant Spider Invasion, but I may think that just because I've got this thing for Alan Hale Jr.
