I've seen "Cat Town" before. It's a wonderful idea. I just wish more humans would be responsible for their pets!

I especially like the scene where the half-crazy grizzled old coot points at the cat and says, "that animal is Evil, I tell you! EEE-VILLLLL!!!!"

And everybody else goes, "uh, dude, it's a cat. Like, duh."
