I'm sorry about your friend.

I understand the fear of social situations.. crowds of
humans can be so intimidating.

Part of me wants to tell you to just power through it all,
and just brave your own fears, but being human, it's just not always that simple.

I think perhaps you need a vacation. Time away from all the crap in your life that's stressing you out.
