I'm a little ticked off that I missed honoring October 10 as:

1. Giuseppe Verdi's 200th Birthday
2. The 33rd anniversary of my appendectomy.

Perhaps having moles and skin tags frozen off with liquid nitrogen could be seen as an adequate celebration of these milestones. Perhaps not.

Not always. I work very hard to forget that September 1 has any particular significance, and, most years, I succeed!
